Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days *. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Wild Mane Hair Co ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Wild Mane Hair Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Shipping & Liability Disclaimer
Once an order is scanned into USPS, UPS, or FedEx, Wild Mane Wig Co. is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or delivery errors unless package protection insurance is purchased at checkout.
Insurance gives you full coverage for replacement. Declining insurance means the customer accepts all delivery risks.

Shipping General Information
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All delivery times are estimates based on each carrier’s listed projected times. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.
Ready to Ship (Florida): Arrives in 3-6 business days.
Warehouse Orders (Processing Center): Arrives in 3–10 business days.
Pre-Order Wigs: Arrival times vary — you’ll be updated as soon as your reserved wig is on its way.
*Business days are Monday through Friday from 8:am central time to 5:00 pm central time.
Damages
Wild Mane Hair Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

At Wild Mane Hair Co, our wigs ship from different locations depending on availability. We always provide tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Processing time: 1-3 business days
Transit times (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days.
Total estimated delivery: 3-6 business days from order date.
Best choice if you need your wig right away.

Shipped from our main processing center. Via UPS
Processing time: 1–5 business days.
Transit time: 2–5 business days via standard ground shipping.
Total estimated delivery: 3–10 business days from order date.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Certain premium and high-end lines are available on a Pre-Order basis.
When you order, your wig is reserved from the next incoming shipment.
Processing time: Varies based on supplier restock schedules. We will provide updates via email.
Transit time after shipping: 2–5 business days.
Pre-Order is the best way to secure new releases and specialty collections before they sell out.
Package Protection / Shipping Insurance
What is Shipping Insurance?
Shipping insurance protects your order in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Because wigs and hair pieces are high-value items, this small optional fee ensures that if anything happens to your package, we can quickly replace it for you without a long carrier investigation.
Why do we offer it?
Hair products are expensive, and standard carrier policies often do not cover full replacement value. Shipping insurance gives you peace of mind, faster resolutions, and priority support if the unexpected happens.
What does it cover?
Lost packages
Stolen packages (including porch theft)
Damaged items during shipping
Faster replacement or refund processing
Is it required?
No — but highly recommended for high-value orders.
If you decline insurance, Wild Mane is not liable for replacement or refund.
